The Historic Handley Development Corporation, a charitable non-profit organization, fosters, encourages, and promotes the civic and economic growth and development of the Handley area of East Side Fort Worth, Tarrant County, and the State of Texas and preserves, protects, and enhances the historic structures and heritage of the area. All funds are applied to our efforts to realize our goals through the use of civic, educational, and informative programs and to address critical issues in the revitalization of the Handley area and by encouraging and enabling the preservation of existing structures and the construction of new architecturally and historically compatible structures.
